As neither the Plaintiff nor Defendant called any witnesses in discovery, we will now be moving onto closing statements. The Plaintiff has 72 hours to post their closing statements.

My mistake, the public defender has recently been confirmed as a Federal Court Judge. Therefore this case is in recess until a new one can be assigned.
