Case Filing
IN THE DISTRICT COURT OF THE COMMONWEALTH OF REDMONT
CIVIL ACTION
Plura72
Plaintiff
v.
Air
Defendant
COMPLAINT
The Plaintiff complains against the Defendant as follows:
WRITTEN STATEMENT FROM THE PLAINTIFF
I banned air from my house as I was feeling uncomfortable due to it trespassing on my property 24/7, i put a sign syaing it was banned, it ignored and it is still trespassing.
I am bringing this case against Air for trespassing on my private property. Air has continuously and without permission entered and remained on my land, occupying every block of space within my boundaries. I did not give consent for this presence, nor have I received any request or notice from Air regarding its intentions. Despite being intangible, Air has made itself a constant and unavoidable presence, which I consider a direct violation of my property rights.
Under the precedent set in Lawsuit: Adjourned - Dartanboy v. Robert [2024] DCR 9, where the Court allowed a citizen to sue a Non-Player Character (NPC), it has been established that any entity — regardless of whether it is sentient or even aware — can be held accountable in court for violations against a citizen’s rights. If an NPC can be sued, then so too can Air.
I am seeking symbolic damages in the amount of 1 gold bar for the emotional distress caused by the invasive and unrelenting presence of Air. I also seek a court order recognizing this trespass and requiring Air to vacate my property immediately.
