these rulings were unfair and let both the Departament of Homeland Security and Air unpunished for their horrendus actions

I am dismissing this case but because I am a listed party and this could be seen as Bias, I will directly show the facts (and not interpretation) that forces this decision.

Firstly, this case was filed in the wrong court. Because this case is seeking "the removal of all defendents from office" and the constitution states that the Supreme Court has Jurisdiction over "The removal of public officials for egregious constitutional offences." This case then belongs in the Supreme Court and should be remanded there.

However, I cannot remand this case to the Supreme Court as the lawyer Plura72 does not meet the legal qualifications to practice in the Supreme Court set in the Modern Legal Reform Act as shown by this Screenshot:

So just for the Fact that the lawyer here is trying to represent a case that it is crystal clear he cannot represent, I must dismiss this case.

I would like to make this note however, I will not be charging frivolous case no matter how much I or the rest of the courts may want to, as to remove all possible bias.
