Basis for Expungement: Neemfy has been an outstanding citizen and captain of the DHS since these crimes were committed. She is remorseful for her actions and now knows that breaking the law is not okay.

WRIT OF SUMMONS

@Dr_Eksplosive is required to appear before the Federal Court in the case of Neemfy's Expungement Request.

Failure to appear within 72 hours will result in Contempt.

In reviewing this case, his criminal record and the Standardized Criminal Code Act, the Office of the Attorney General is satisfied that the plaintiff meets the requirements laid out in the act and agree with the Expungement.

 
The Expungement will be granted then due to the Commonwealth having no Objections.

I order the DHS to remove the charges listed.
