Case Filing
IN THE FEDERAL COURT OF THE COMMONWEALTH OF REDMONT
CIVIL ACTION
AlexanderLove
Plaintiff
v.
The Commonwealth of Redmont
Defendant
COMPLAINT
The Plaintiff complains against the Defendant as follows:
The government is illegally minting money through the creation of negative balances via government fines. This is illegal and has tangible, rippling effects throughout the economy that need to be carefully regulated and managed by the authority tasked with such a task: the Federal Reserve.
I. PARTIES
1. AlexanderLove (Plaintiff)
2. The Commonwealth of Redmont (Defendant)
3. Vernicia (Witness)
II. FACTS
1. Whenever a government department fines someone an amount of money that exceeds their balance, the player is put to a negative balance and the difference between that negative balance and zero is added to the respective department's balance. Money is added to an account taken from an account that has no money in it. New money is thus minted.
2. There is no guarantee that a player with a negative balance will ever earn money to offset the minted money (and bring their balance out of the negatives).
3. Vernicia, as of March 23rd, 2025, had a balance of $-922.
III. CLAIMS FOR RELIEF
1. According to the Federal Reserve Act, section 6, the Federal Reserve is the sole body that determines when the government can mint funds. Therefore, whenever a department fines someone into the negatives, that department is illegally minting new money. This is mismanagement of public funds and tangibly inflates the economy.
2. The Legal Damages Act entitles the plaintiff to remedy for incalculable impact to the economy as well as the breach of trust in government as a citizen of the Commonwealth.
IV. PRAYER FOR RELIEF
The Plaintiff seeks the following from the Defendant:
1. $25,000 in consequential damages for the worsening of an existing condition -- inflation is an existing condition that was made worse by the uncontrolled printing of money. It devalues the hard-earned dollar the plaintiff and other citizens work for.
2. $50,000 in punitive damages for the gross misconduct of the government in mishandling public funds for several years and putting people in worse economic positions while doing so. The government treasury already makes up a sizable portion of the total economy, yet they recklessly print more money.
3. $22,500 in legal fees as that is 30% of the value of this case.
V. EVIDENCE
By making this submission, I agree I understand the penalties of lying in court and the fact that I am subject to perjury should I knowingly make a false statement in court.
DATED: This 24th day of March, 2025.
