criminalise assault and trespassing.

The people of the Commonwealth of Redmont, through their elected Representatives in the Congress and the force of law ordained to that Congress by the people through the constitution, do hereby enact the following provisions into law:

1 - Short Title and Enactment

(1) This Act may be cited as the “Revised 2021 Ice Omnibus Act”.
(2) This Act shall be enacted immediately upon its signage.
(3) This Bill was authored by Representative Icypenguin79.

2 - Reasons

(1) Westray requested this section!
(2) This is important so we can criminalise assault and others.

3 - Terms

(1) Assault is the act of hitting a player, causing a loss of no more than 3 hearts; or putting them in a place of danger (such as pointing a weapon at them).
(a) Assault will be charged per offence with a $40 Fine
(2) Trespassing is to enter or be in the place without the consent of the owner, occupier or person having control or management of the place; or to remain in the place after being requested by a person in authority to leave the place. Failure to comply with the demands or any signs grants the owner legal permission of initiating PvP, provided they can prove the trespasser was warned prior.
(a) First Offence: $20 Fine
(b) Second Offence: $60 Fine
(c) Third Offence: $60 Fine + 10 Minutes Jail
(3) The Murder Act is amended to append "Attempted Murder is the act of repetitively hitting a player, causing a loss of more than 3 hearts. This law overrides Assault.
(a) Per Offence: $60 Fine + 5 Minutes Jail".
