Basis for Appeal: The Supreme Court has made an error of law. In particular:
1. The Supreme Court, right up until the aforementioned Appeal (and the Appeal before), has held that without a warning, direct disobedience, or clear disruption, one cannot be held in Contempt. Noting I was never warned nor caused disruption, the charge must be overturned.
2. Prior to being charged with Contempt, the Supreme Court already allowed me to speak. It is against the Constitutional right of equal treatment under the law to arbitrarily charge me with a crime on a whim, especially after already allowing the actions which supposedly make up the crime.
3. I was denied the right to a fair trial, as I was charged with a crime without a trial, and appeals have been denied without giving an opportunity for a trial.
