- Client Name: Dodrio3
- Counsel Name: Dragon Law
- Were you originally the plaintiff or the defendant: Plaintiff
- Reason for the Appeal: The federal court did not award the interest from the loan due to the unspecified time that the loan will accure interest. However, as the amount of interest accrued is not specified, it can be assumed that it would be the lowest amount of payment periods or the entire life of the loan. We wish for the court to award the plaintiff the additional 20% interest or $5k to the plaintiff as if the issue was figuring out how much interest is owed, the court should take the lower amount instead of awarding no interest, which in this case is $5k. We wish the court can award this additional interest for the plaintiff

IN THE SUPREME COURT OF THE COMMONWEALTH OF REDMONT
In a unanimous the Supreme Court has decided to reject the appeal of FCR 69.

The Supreme Court has decided to do this for the following reasons provided by Justice SumoMC:

1. When it comes to the not awarding the 20% of the interest, it was never specified in the contract a time from for how the interest incurs, leaving us unable to award any interest as this could have been hourly, daily, weekly, monthly, yearly, bi-annualy. It is unclear from the actual contract that was agreed to how this interest is incurred.

2. This appeal was filed because of unawared, interest the Supreme Court affirms this verdict. When you are filing your case and you submit a Prayer for Relief, you are never guaranteed to get it all, a lot of the time the court will only ever grant partial. This is the case with this verdict, no other reason for this appeal was given.

The Supreme Court thanks you for the Appeal.
