Were you originally the plaintiff or the defendant: Plaintiff
Reason for the Appeal: The defense was not given the correct amount of time to respond to the motion to dismiss. Dartanboy stated that 48 hours would be given from the time the forums were back online. The forums were restored at 7:15 AM (BST) on 14/06/2024. However, just over 24 hours later, at 9:40 PM on 15/06/2024, UnseatedDuke dismissed the case despite the extension that was promised for our response.

IN THE SUPREME COURT OF THE COMMONWEALTH OF REDMONT
DECISION ON APPEAL

In a 3-0 decision, the Supreme Court agrees that the Federal Court failed to apply the official stance of the Judiciary on the matter of an automatic 48-hour extension after the forums crash.

Thus, the Supreme Court is remanding this case back to the Federal Court. Judge @Unseatedduke1 is to re-open the case and allow the Plaintiff to respond to the Motion to Dismiss.
