- Client Name: Atreides Clients
- Counsel Name: itsBlazeX (Prestige Law Firm)
- Were you originally the plaintiff or the defendant: Plaintiff
- Reason for the Appeal: As a case that was continuing to develop as more and more clients joined the class action lawsuit, it was decided that proof of account ownership would be provided in discovery. However, as this case did not make it to discovery, and ended in a default judgment, the plaintiff was unable to provide proof of account ownership. However, the list of clients is now final, and all have provided proof of account ownership. The plaintiffs are now prepared to present their proof of account ownership to the Court with the initial filing. The court has agreed that damages are necessary, and it is only right that my clients are given the compensation they deserve. Additionally, there is now precedent from this specific matter that Punitive Damages are necessary to be awarded as demonstrated in itsBlazeX. v. Atreides.
- Additional Information: The plaintiffs thank the Supreme Court for its time and consideration in reviewing this appeal request.

As a co-plaintiff and former CTO of Atreides, I am recusing.

IN THE SUPREME COURT OF THE COMMONWEALTH OF REDMONT
DECISION ON APPEAL

In a 2-0 (End, Sumo) decision, the Supreme Court accepts that the Plaintiff was not afforded the opportunity to submit evidence to support their client's individual claims.

The Supreme Court is remanding this case back to the Federal Court. Judge @Unseatedduke1 will re-open the case and allow the Plaintiff to submit the required evidence.
