COMPLAINT
Plaintiff complains against Defendant as follows:
My Client operates AirCo Bank. Defendant pulled two loans one of $5,000 which was requested May 3rd, 2022, and was supposed to be repaid June 3, 2022. A 14-day extension was provided to the first loan, which will be repaid on June 17, 2022. Another 14- day extension was provided to the second loan, which will be repaid on June 25/26th.

II. FACTS
1. On May 3rd, 2022 SalsaStar requested a loan of $5,000 pay date being June 3rd, 2022. (Exhibit A & B)
2. On May 9th, 2022 SalsaStar requested a second loan of $22,000 pate date being June 8th/9th. (Exhibit C & D)
3. A 14-day extension was granted on both loans, the first loan being extended to June 17th, 2022 & 2nd the loan is extended to the 25th/26th of June 2022. (Exhibit E)
III. CLAIMS FOR RELIEF
1. The defendant has failed to pay back the loans requested at AirCo Bank.
2. The defendant may not have the assets to cover the loans.
3. AirCo Bank has no way of retrieving the $25,000 as SalsaStar is pronounced dead.
IV. PRAYER FOR RELIEF
The Plaintiff seeks the following from the Defendant:
1. $27,150 payed back to AirCo Bank (A__C)
2. $250 for legal fees
By making this submission, I agree I understand the penalties of lying in court and the fact that I am subject to perjury should I knowingly make a false statement in court.
