Rewrite the Law 14.4
The people of Democracy Craft, through their elected Representatives in the Congress and the force of law ordained to that Congress by the people through the constitution, do hereby enact the following provisions into law:
1 - Short Title and Enactment
(1) This Act may be cited as the "Abandoned Vehicles Reform Act ".
(2) This Act shall be enacted immediately upon its signage.
(3) This Bill was authored by Representative Th0re_
2 - Purpose
(1) The purpose of this bill is to rewrite the Abandoned Vehicles Law.
(2) This will allow players to let their vehicles stay at a location, with the consent of the property owner, this can be used for places like car dealerships.
3 - Reasons
(1) Vehicles are also used for showing, such as in Car Dealerships.
(2) Citizens will place their cars on purpose on a property, as when a player (has a car dealership and) wants to show the vehicles they have.
(3) If allowed by both the Property Owner and the Vehicle Owner, the vehicle should be able stay at the location, without breaking the law.
4 - Replace “14.4 - Abandoned Vehicles
Vehicles that are left in the same location for a period of 14 days.
Per Offence: Vehicle Impounded ($60 fee on release)”
With “14.4 - Abandoned Vehicles
Vehicles that are left in the same location for a period of over 14 days, without the consent of the property owner.
Per Offence: Vehicle Impounded ($60 fee on release)”
