COMPLAINT
The Plaintiff complains against the Defendant as follows:

WRITTEN STATEMENT FROM THE PLAINTIFF
In the Plaintiff's own words:
"I was chilling at My workplace when suddently i hear gunshots and when i stepped outside i got killed and he didnt stop killing us and yes i asked him to stop but he didn't. "

I. PARTIES
1. Agentluc05, a citizen of DemocracyCraft
2. Burgermasterm, a citizen of DemocracyCraft

II. FACTS
1. The Plaintiff was killed on no fewer than six occasions by the Defendant.
2. The Plaintiff was shot at least twice by the Defendant.
3. The Plaintiff asked the Defendant to stop killing them, and the Defendant continued to kill the Plaintiff.

III. CLAIMS FOR RELIEF
1. Under the laws of DemocracyCraft, the Defendant is guilty of six counts of murder.
2. According to the case Westray v. SpriteTropical (Case No. 07-2020-02), a citizen of DemocracyCraft may be awarded civil damages for repeated murders.

IV. PRAYER FOR RELIEF
The Plaintiff seeks the following from the Defendant:
1. 600 Dollars in punitive damages to be paid to Agentluc05.
2. 100 Dollars to cover the Plaintiff's court costs.
3. The revocation of the Defendant's firearms license if they are in possession of one.
4. The confiscation of the Defendant's firearms by the Department of Justice.

The court hereby summons the defendant, Burgermasterm, to testify. If they do not testify within 24 hours of this summons, a default judgement will be made in favor of the plaintiff.

Verdict

This case is hereby adjourned in favor of the plaintiff, for the defendant did not respond within the allotted 24 hours. The court orders the Department of Justice to:

a) Take $700 from Burgermasterm’s balance and give the sum to agentluc05; and
b) Revoke Burgermasterm’s firearms license
