COMPLAINT
The Plaintiff complains against the Defendant as follows:

I. PARTIES
Aladeen22(Plaintiff)
georgelordx (Defendant)

II. FACTS
On 07/08/2024 the Plaintiff sought to deposit $15,000 to Vanguard Private Bank.
On the same day the Defendant, running the company 'Vanguard' erroneously received $15,000.
On the same day, the Defendant was pinged in the DC discord informing them of the error with a request to return the money.
The Defendant has since failed to mitigate any unlawful gains.


III. CLAIMS FOR RELIEF
The Defendant's impersonation of Vanguard Private Banking, whether intentional or not, has resulted in the loss of $15,000 belonging to the Plaintiff.

IV. PRAYER FOR RELIEF
The Plaintiff seeks the following from the Defendant:
Return of the $15,000 that the Defendant erroneously acquired.
Compensatory Damages as a result of harm to the earning capacity of the Plaintiff in various ways, amounting to $10000

By making this submission, I agree I understand the penalties of lying in court and the fact that I am subject to perjury should I knowingly make a false statement in court.
