WRIT OF SUMMONS

@SecuroservYT is required to appear before the court in the case of the Andreasp15 v. SecuroservYT. Failure to appear within 72 hours of this summons will result in a default judgment in favour of the plaintiff.

I'd also like to remind both parties to be aware of the Court Rules and Procedures, including the option of an in-game trial should both parties request one.

IN THE FEDERAL COURT OF THE COMMONWEALTH OF REDMONT
VERDICT

Andreasp15 v. SecuroservYT [2024] FCR 36

I. PLAINTIFF'S POSITION
1. The Defendant killed the villagers without permission.

II. DEFENDANT'S POSITION
1. Failed to appear.

III. THE COURT OPINION
1. This will be a very short Court Opinion. There is clear evidence of the action taking place and thus I won't go on about the whole case as I see no real way I could rule against the Plaintiff in this case.
2. I will not be granting the full Prayer for Reliefs however due to the sheer amount being requested.

IV. DECISION
1. I hereby rule in favor of the Plaintiff and order the Department of Justice to fine the Defendant:

  • $3,000 for Punitive.
  • $1,000 for Loss of Enjoyment.
  • $5,000 for Consequential Damages.
  • $1,800 for Legal Fees.
  • $10,800 in total.

The Federal Court thanks all involved.
