What charges are you seeking to expunge? Contempt of Court (April 29th, 2024)

Basis for Expungement: According to Standardized Criminal Code Act, you can request your criminal record to be removed after 2 months. It has been almost 4 months.

@Dr_Eksplosive is required to appear before the Federal Court in the case of Anthony's Expungement Request.

Failure to appear within 72 hours will result in Contempt.

In reviewing this case, his criminal record and the Standardized Criminal Code Act, the Office of the Attorney General is satisfied that the plaintiff meets the requirements laid out in the act and agree with the Expungement.

 
The Expungement will be granted then due to the Commonwealth having no Objections.

I order the DHS to remove the charges listed.
