Mitigate Annoying Uses of Glow Ink
The people of Democracy Craft, through their elected Representatives in the Congress and the force of law ordained to that Congress by the people through the constitution, do hereby enact the following provisions into law:
1 - Short Title and Enactment
(1) This Act may be cited as the “Anti-Graffiti Act”.
(2) This Act shall be enacted immediately upon its signage.
(3) This Act was authored by Speaker of the House 218218Consumer with significant input from Secretary of State xEndeavour.
(4) This Act has been co-sponsored by Sen. tekkovvs.
2 - Reason
Using glow ink on signs without a plot owner's consent is annoying, and it should be punished accordingly. However, this should be a rule, not a law, as only staff have the necessary tools to check who used glow ink.
3 - Terms
(1) Rule added to Griefing under Rules and Laws:
a. Graffiti, defined as "Non-permitted use of glow ink on a sign on a regioned plot or government-owned property not owned or rented by the offender."
b. Punishments:
i. First offense: Warning
ii. Second offense: 12 hour ban
iii. Third offense: 24 hour ban
