Amend the Constitution​

The people of the Commonwealth of Redmont, through their elected Representatives in the Congress and the force of law ordained to that Congress by the people through the constitution, do hereby enact the following provisions into law:

1 - Short Title and Enactment
(1) This Act may be cited as the 'Assassinations Act'.
(2) This Act shall be enacted immediately upon its signage.
(3) This Act has been authored by Rep zLost.
(4) This Act has been co-sponsored by Rep. Dr_Eksplosive.

2 - Reasons
(1) Right now, killing the president does almost nothing.
(2) This act aims to give weight to assassinations, and to encourage the President to be more protected
(3) This could give way to a secret service being created to protect the President.

3 - Effective Date
(i) This bill shall be put into effect after the current presidential term has ended.

4 - Amendment
Under Part VII of the constitution, section 46 will be amended from:
46. Incapacitated
The President may be considered incapacitated and unfit to fulfil the duties of the Presidency with the following process: Majority of Cabinet, through the Vice President, brings a motion to the House of Representatives, to declare that the President is unfit for office. The Congress may then vote to remove the President with simple majority in the House of Representatives and supermajority in the Senate.

The President may be considered incapacitated and unfit to fulfil the duties of the Presidency with the following process: Majority of Cabinet, through the Vice President, brings a motion to the House of Representatives, to declare that the President is unfit for office. The Congress may then vote to remove the President with simple majority in the House of Representatives and supermajority in the Senate.

The President may also be considered incapacitated through death, if they die to a player more than 80 times during their term, including consensual deaths to players and excluding deaths in events. Such incapacitation will result in an instant removal.
