The Plaintiff complains against the Defendant as follows:

I. PARTIES
1. Funyolk
2. EcoFinance (Defunct)
3. Avaneesh2008

II. FACTS
1. Funyolk took out a 145k loan to pay back in 40k installments
2. Funyolk paid back two months
3. Funyolk left the server leaving him not paying the last two months
4. EcoFinance dissolved leaving the loan on Avaneesh2008 in liquidation

III. CLAIMS FOR RELIEF
1. Funyolk breached his contract by failing to pay the money required. By defaulting, he required to pay back the interest and principal remaining of the loan.
2. Funyolk did not pay their installments in time leading to 14 days worth of late fees (7 for each installment)

IV. PRAYER FOR RELIEF
The Plaintiff seeks the following from the Defendant:
1. $80,000 in unpaid principal and interest
2. $3,500 in late fees ($1,750 for each installment)
3. $10,000 in default fee
4. $28,500 in legal fees


By making this submission, I agree I understand the penalties of lying in court and the fact that I am subject to perjury should I knowingly make a false statement in court.

I. PLAINTIFF'S POSITION
1. Funyolk took out a 140k loan from EcoFinance
2. Funyolk has not made any payments in 2 months and has left the discord
3. EcoFinance dissolved leaving the loan on Avaneesh2008 in liquidation


II. DEFENDANT'S POSITION
1. No defense given

III. THE COURT OPINION
1. When it comes down to this case, it is disheartening that Funyolk did not put up a defense with so much on the line in terms of his finances. It is clear that Funyolk entered into a legal contract willingly and agreed to the terms of such contact. He promised to pay the amount owed back and has not, nor has he communicated with the plaintiff about why he cant pay on time.

IV. DECISION
1. The Federal Court of Redmont hereby rules in FAVOR of the Plaintiff and will be rewarding a revised prayer for relief.
2. The DHS is hereby ordered to fine Funyolk in the amount of $98,500and unfine Avaneesh2008 in the same amount.
3. I will not be awarding the full amount in legal fee's here as they are representing themselves and this resulted in a default judgement, that total includes $5,000.
