Establish a Bail-out system​

The people of Redmont, through their elected Representatives in the Congress and the force of law ordained to that Congress by the people through the constitution, do hereby enact the following provisions into law:


1 - Short Title and Enactment

(1) This Act may be cited as the “Bail-Out Establishment Act April 2021" or “BOE Act"


(2) This Act shall be enacted immediately upon its signage.


(3) This bill has been co-authored with Ansgard_Ist


2- Reasons

1. Allow for the creation of a bail system in which a member of the public may pay a specific sum of money for early release of prisoners.
2. this will be on addiction to the fine given upon being convinced.
3. This is a step to criminal justice reform and will be necessary to deter crime.

3 - Amendment.

1. Players convicted of non harmful/lethal crimes will be allowed to see bail-out at a set standard rate of $50.00.
2. Players conveyed of a harmful/lethal crime will be allowed to seek bail-out at a standard rate of $80.00 and an additional $20.00 fine for every player they have killed.
3. Anyone coveted of an act of terrorism or production of WMD will be automatically disqualified from seek the bail-out system.
4. A player of any crime cannot seek bail-out more than two times in a 24-hour period.
5. All money will go towards the Police services and Department of Justice.

4. Definition

1. Harmful/lethal: these are crimes that involve a intent to carry out an attack on a player/group of players or a indictable crime where one seeks to carry out an attack of intent.
2. Non harmful/lethal are crimes that have not involved the physical attack on another but are at the personal negligence of that person.

Nay -- gives the police more work that they don't have time for. There are also some grammatical errors in this that need to be fixed.

1. All money will go towards the Police services and Department of Justice. - This isn't up to us to mandate.
2. I recommend against creating a new method of categorisation, rather using indictable and summary categorisation.
3. Extra Admin for police officers.
