Partially Amend the WMD Act and Define Chemical and Biological Weapons

The people of the Commonwealth of Redmont, through their elected Representatives in the Congress and the force of law ordained to that Congress by the people through the constitution, do hereby enact the following provisions into law:​

1 - Short title and enactment

1. This amendment may be cited as the Biochemical Weapons Amendment.
2. This amendment may be enacted immediately upon its signage.

2 - Purpose

1. The purpose of this amendment is to partially amend the WMD act in order to clarify the meaning of “disease splash potions” by expansion into the categories of biological weapons and chemical weapons

3 - Reason

1. The reason for defining biological and chemical weapons is so that those laid out within this act may be formally recognized as either legal or illegal

4 - Definitions:

1. Biological weapon - Any splash potion which imparts a negative status effect with the result of altering the capabilities of the person on the receiving end
2. Chemical weapon - Any splash potion which imparts a negative status effect with the result of damage upon the person on the receiving end

5 - Amendments

1. Section 2a of the WMD Act is to be amended wherein "disease splash potions" is no longer used and is expanded with the categorizations of biological weapons and chemical weapons

6 - Potions defined as biological weapons:
--Splash Potion of Slowness, Splash Potion of Slowness Extended (Weakness)
--Splash Potion of Weakness, Splash Potion of Weakness Extended (Slowness)

7 - Potions defined as chemical weapons:
--Splash Potion of Decay (Wither II)
--Splash Potion of Harming, Splash Potion of Harming Extended (Damage I+II)
--Splash Potion of Poison, Splash Potion of Poison Extended (Poison I+II)
