General Notes
The Executive Cabinet discussed general housekeeping matters concerning overall department progression. Topics of employee retention, as well as concerns of secretaries, were discussed.

Department Operations and Goals
Departments expressed some plans for new programs and commentary on the success of existing ones.

DOS:

• Working on publishing a national census
• Formalizing Policies
• Publishing Administrations Audits

DOC:

• CPI review for grant money, looking at bolstering failing industries
• Improving the analytical side of the DOC to track balance expenditure to improve transparency and improve the accounting of government funds.
• Hiring more economists, and removing inactive businesses.

DOE:

• Chef plugin for food revamps.
• Started training new department members on out of date brews that need to be updated. This will be tender for the general public to supply.
• IRL brews to be renamed / Crafting recipes to be reviewed.

DPA:

• Hosting old events that have been planned and are pending to be completed.
• Planning for the Holiday Season Events! (CHRISTMAS!!!!!)
• New Social Media directive, reviewing and actioning new plan.
• New training and resource center for DPA staff to better equip department members.
• Finish DCTV shows that are in the works.

DCT:

• Operation Diplomatic
  • Brown House, Diplomatic Quarters for new Embassy locations.
• Court Complex redevelopment, large-scale changes within the skyscraper district.
  • Involved moving the southern river port to the southern coast.
• Operation Health
  • University Hospital Exterior completed (Long overdue)
  • The hospital interior is scheduled for completion by the end of November.
  • Government tender for exterior resources released to DOI.
• Operations Central Park
  • Final plot acquired development resumed, not ETA on completion.
• Increase hiring efforts due to large time-consuming projects.
  • Hired 1 new constructor as a result
• Policy Updates
  • Eviction Exemptions increased to 30d non-stackable. (In effect 4/11)
  • Eviction Extensions decreased to 14d due to process abuse. (In effect 4/11)
• Discussion on Spoke Design
  • Department Leadership was disgusted by the idea.

DOI:

• Overall department activity increased
• Currently working with staff to get 'Supply Managers' roles in-game.
  • Working with the DOE to get a guide established for the role.
• Tenders, Tenders, and Chicken Tenders!
  • The department will be working to release tenders throughout the month.
• Supply Depot Redevelopment
  • The primary focus of the supply manager role is
• Working on the Zoo as well as focusing on developing more Natural Wonders!

DLA:

• Reviewing previously established abusive policies
• Rework to the RBI
  • Establishing policy for compliance.
• Increasing hiring/training efforts for new prosecutors.

DOH:

• Re-opening of previously decommissioned hospitals throughout the commonwealth.
  • A policy established under the previous administration.
