To
Amend the Property Standards Act​

The people of the Commonwealth of Redmont, through their elected Representatives in the Congress and the force of law ordained to that Congress by the people through the constitution, do hereby enact the following provisions into law:

1 - Short Title and Enactment
(1) This Act may be cited as the 'Commercial Plots Limit Act'.
(2) This Act shall be enacted immediately upon its signage.
(3) Authored by Representative lcn.
(4) Co-Sponsored by Representative xSyncx.

2 - Reasons
(1) To prevent plot hoarding. No player can realistically maintain 50 commercial properties.
(2) To increase plot purchasing opportunities for players who have none.

3- Exemptions
(1) Any player who owns more than 25 commercial properties upon the passage of this Act may request an exemption from the new C plot limits from the Department of Construction and Transport. Any player who is granted an exemption this way shall not bid on, purchase, or be transferred any commercial properties until they are under the new limit.

4- Amendment
(1) The Property Standards Act shall be amended as follows:

16 - Plot Limitations
(1) C Plots. A citizen may not own more than 50 25 commercial properties.
