Establish a Code of Ethics for Congressmen

The people of the Commonwealth of Redmont, through their elected Representatives and Senators in the Congress and the force of law ordained to that Congress by the people through the constitution, do hereby enact the following provisions into law:

1 - Short Title and Enactment

(1) This Act may be cited as the “Congressional Code of Conduct Act”.

(2) This Act shall be enacted immediately upon its signage.

(3) Authored by President hugebob23456

2 - Reasons

(1) As seen recently, Congressmen may be unruly but not unlawful, which may make them difficult to remove from office, even if it is in the best interest of Redmont. To ensure that the Government may self regulate without Staff Intervention, it is necessary that we may remove members that cause more harm than good.

3 - Terms

(1) In the event that any Representative or Senator intentionally incites unrest among the public or the Government without substantive evidence, the respective body may seek the unruly member’s removal, whether it be from the chambers of Congress or from their title as a Congressman, temporarily or indefinitely, in accordance with processes established outside this Act.

Nay - this can be abused by majorities
