To

Amend The Constitution Amendment Process​

The people of Democracy Craft, through their elected Representatives in the Congress and the force of law ordained to that Congress by the people through the constitution, do hereby enact the following provisions into law:


1 - Short Title and Enactment
(1) This Act may be cited as the “Constitution Amendment Process Amendment Act 2020”.
(2) This Act shall be enacted immediately after a Referendum.

2 - Reasons
(1) Some changes are too small to be required to be voted in a Referendum.

3 - Changes
(1) “- A double (Congressional Vote and the Referendum Vote) absolute majority (50%+1) needs to be achieved." ” will be changed to “- A double (Congressional Vote and the Referendum Vote) absolute majority (50%+1) needs to be achieved if the amendment is for a Government Change or a Rights and Freedoms change.”
