Amend the Contagious Diseases Act

The people of Democracy Craft, through their elected Representatives in the Congress and the force of law ordained to that Congress by the people through the constitution, do hereby enact the following provisions into law:

1 - Short Title and Enactment

(1) This Act may be cited as the “Contagious Diseases Act”.

(2) This Act shall be enacted immediately upon its signage.

(3) The Act has been co-sponsored by: Secretary Belovria, and Representative Huney69

2 - Reasons

(1) The DOH and DOJ are constantly faced with citizens spreading diseases and refusing to take the cure

(2) It can and has taken up to 3 hours to get a citizen to take the cure

3 - Enactments

(1) Change "Per Offence: The player will be detained, fined for the cost of cure, as well as an additional fine of $20. The player may also be liable for others’ health costs should they be responsible for transmitting the disease - this can be disputed in court."

to

"Per Offence: The player will be detained, fined for the cost of cure, as well as an additional fine of $20 per 15 minutes. The player may also be liable for others’ health costs should they be responsible for transmitting the disease - this can be disputed in court."
