Prevent the Spreading of Contagious diseases

The people of Democracy Craft, through their elected representatives in the Congress and the force of law ordained to that Congress by the people through the constitution, do hereby enact the following provisions into law:

1 - Short Title and Enactment
(1) This Act may be cited as the “Contagious Diseases prevention act”.
(2) This Act shall be enacted immediately upon its signage.

2 - Changes
If A player has a contagious disease and is unable to pay for their medical treatment and is unable to vote/ get money, then it falls to the doctor to give the player the treatment for free to prevent the player from spreading the disease to other players.

3 - List of Contagious Diseases
-Whooping Cough
-The Plague
-Pox
-Yellow Fever

These four diseases fall under this category of contagious diseases.

4 - Compensation
Doctors who must treat the patient for free are entitled to claim the money back from the government they can do this by contacting a Medical Specialist whose job it is then to speak with the secretary the Secretary of the Department of Health May use personal funds to pay the doctors with evidence.
they can claim the money back from the government balance through contacting a person with the ability to refund this money.

The Deputy Secretary May also perform this function but must track it the same way and have the correct Evidence.

The Secretary/ Deputy Secretary must have evidence of the Doctor giving the patient the healthcare for free and have evidence of them paying the Doctor from their personal funds to claim the money back.

5 - Punishments
If a player is caught trying to abuse the system by hiding their wealth in anyway the punishments are as follows.

1st Offense: 50$ Fine
2nd Offense: 150$ Fine and 5 Minutes of Jail Time
Third Offense onwards: 200$ Fine and 10 Minutes of Jail time
