Create the Office of the Speaker

The people of Democracy Craft, through their elected representatives in the Congress and the force of law ordained to that Congress by the people through the constitution, do hereby enact the following provisions into law:

1 - Short Title and Enactment
(1) This Act may be cited as the ”Creation of an Office of the Speaker Act".
(2) This Act shall be enacted immediately upon its signage.

2 - Responsibilities
The Office of the speaker is responsible for several tasks including.
(1)Make all necessary changes to documents of law on the server (The Constitution, Laws and Changes to Departments)

(2)Assists the speaker in the running of Congress.

(3)Communicates with the Press and assists in the formatting, jurisdiction and legality of Bills.

(4) Manage, publish and write congressional Transparency reports

3 - Roles
The Roles with in this Office are as follows:

(1)Clerk

(2)Draftsman

(3)Press Assistant

(4)Deputy Clerk

4 - Hiring

(1)All people wishing to be appointed to a position with in this Office must be nominated by the speaker and confirmed by the House of Representatives with a simple majority.

(2)All Staff Members of the Office of the Speaker will receive a base salary of 15$ per 15.

5 - Dismissal Process
(1)Members of the Office of the speaker can be dismissed at the speakers will.

(2)Members of the Office of the speaker can be removed by the House of Representatives through a vote of no confidence which must pass with a super majority.

The Roles to begin with in this department are as follows:

(3)Press Assistant

4 - Hiring

(1)All people wishing to be appointed to a position with in this department are to be nominates to be the speaker and approved by Congress

(2)All Members will receive a base salary of 15$ per 15 minutes.
