Amend the consitution

The people of DemocracyCraft, through their elected Representatives in Congress and the force of law ordained to that Congress by the people through the constitution, do hereby enact the following provisions into law:

1 - Short Title and Enactment
(1) This Act may be cited as the 'DCT regulations Amendment'
(2) This Act shall be enacted immediately upon its signage.
(3) The Act has been co-sponsored by: Rep. AB6A5SI and Rep. TheReal42Person

2 - Reasons
(1) Eyesore is an interpreted law
(2) The executive branch is unable to interpret law
(3) This helps prevents lawsuits against the DCT
(4) This allows the DCT to enforce eyesore evictions

3 - Terms
(f. Department of Construction & Transportation (DCT):
(1) The Department of Construction and Transport is charged with the following primary responsibilities:
(a) Creation of Government infrastructure
(b) Maintenance of building regulation compliance.
(c) Management of Public Transport networks.
