Amend the Constitution

The people of the Commonwealth of Redmont, through their elected Representatives in the Congress and the force of law ordained to that Congress by the people through the constitution, do hereby enact the following provisions into law:

1 - Short Title and Enactment
(1) This Act may be cited as the “Dead Candidate Amendment"
(2) This Act shall be enacted on February 16, 2022
(3) This Act is co-authored by Westray and Rep. LobsterRoast
(4) This Act is co-sponsored by Sen. Muffins29

2 - Purpose
(1) It is about time that we put Hugebob into the casket since he keeps coming back from the dead.
(2) Currently, in order to run for Congress, you must have 12 hours of playtime in the last 30 days, however this requirement does not apply to the presidency. Given that the presidency is the highest elected office in the nation, they should be held to the same standard.

3 - Constitutional Amendment
(1) Under requirements to run for President changes “Has accrued 300 hours of active playtime.” to “Has accrued 300 hours of active playtime and 12 hours of playtime within the last 30 days.”
(2) Under requirements to run for Vice President adds “Has accrued 12 hours of playtime within the last 30 days.”
