Implement the new name of the Country in our Constitution ​

The people of Democracy Craft, through their elected Representatives in the Congress and the force of law ordained to that Congress by the people through the constitution, do hereby enact the following provisions into law:

1 - Short Title and Enactment
(1) This Act may be cited as the “DemocracyCraft Constitution amendment Act (V) January 2021”.
(2) This Act shall be enacted after a referendum .

2 - Reasons
The country’s name has been changed from “DemocracyCraft” (same as the server) to the “Commonwealth of Redmont”. Therefore, we have to modify the Constitution by changing every reference to “DemocracyCraft” for “Commonwealth of Redmont” at the Introduction and “Redmont” for the rest of the Constitution. As well as to change the terms "players" for "citizen" and "server" for "country".

3 - Changes

1. Constitution and Departments banners and logos modified so it says “Commonwealth of Redmont” instead of “DemocracyCraft”.
2. Introduction:
   1. “We the players, of DemocracyCraft, in order to form a more perfect form of server, establish […] promote the general welfare of our players [..] in the governance of this server. All citizens and the Government of DemocracyCraft will abide by these here set principles to play and unite as one server, DemocracyCraft.” Changes to “We the citizens of The Commonwealth of Redmont, in order to form a more perfect form of country, establish [...] promote the general welfare of our citizens [...] in the governance of this country. All citizens and the Government of The Commonwealth of Redmont will abide by these here set principles to play and unite as one country, The Commonwealth of Redmont, hereinafter called Redmont.”
