The Plaintiff complains against the Defendant as follows:
The defendant agree to a fight by stating "come on lets go" (Exhibit A) and then proceeding to do /complaint on dodrio3 despite the fight being agreed upon

I. PARTIES

II. FACTS
1. Darkplays3656 and Dodrio3 Agree to a fight (Exhibit A)
2. Dodrio3 Won the fight and killed Darkplays3656
3. Darkplays3656 /complaint on dodrio3 despite agreeing to the fight

III. CLAIMS FOR RELIEF
1. Dodrio3 unjustly has a complaint made agents him when it was agreed that a fight would take place
2. Dodrio3 was arrested for murder and fined for the false complaint

IV. PRAYER FOR RELIEF
The Plaintiff seeks the following from the Defendant:
1. $100 be paid for the fine that the Dodrio3 had to pay
2. $1000 in Punitive damages to prevent Darkplays3656 from doing this again
3. $1000 in humiliation damages for Dodrio3 Being arrested
4. $1000 in Loss of enjoyment is Redmont
5. $500 in compensatory damages for the work Dodrio3 was unable to complete whilst in jails
6. $720 in legal fees
7. The DOJ Clear the murder from Dodrio3 record

Verdict

VERDICT
dodrio3 v. darkplays3656 [2023] DCR 51


I. PLAINTIFF'S POSITION
1. The Plantiff entered a consensual fight with the Defendant
2. The Plantiff killed the Defendant in this fight
3. The Defendant use /complaint after losing said fight

II. DEFENDANT'S POSITION
1. The Defense Affirms all the facts

III. THE COURT OPINION
1. The Defendant did agree to combat by his expression of "Lets go, Lets Go" and their act of participating in the fight without any complaint at the time.
2. Consensual fighting is legal and there for the Plantiff should not have been arrested.

IV. DECISION
The court rules in favor of the Plantiff and grants a modified Prayer of Relief
1. The Department of Justice is ordered to fine the Defendant $500 and unfine the Plantiff the same amount
2. The Department of Justice is ordered to refund the $100 fine from the murder charge of the defendant and to remove said murder charge from the Plantiff's criminal record
