make the harvesting of other citizens' drug plants illegal.

The people of Redmont, through their elected Representatives in the Congress and the force of law ordained to that Congress by the people through the constitution, do hereby enact the following provisions into law:

1 - Short Title and Enactment
(1) This Act may be cited as the "Drug Harvesting Act".
(2) This Act shall be enacted immediately upon its signage.
(3) This Bill was authored by Representative Th0re_ , with input from Representative Trentrick_Lamar.

2 - Purpose
(1) The purpose of this Bill is to make the harvesting and removing of Drugs plants which belong to another citizen illegal.
(2) Another purpose is, to minimize the range of Drugs in the population.

3 - Reasons
(1) Right now, Citizens can harvest another one's drug plants if they find them without any problems.
(2) A citizen can lose their belongings right now, without the theft getting punished.

4 – Terms
Add the following to the 4.0 - GRIEFING laws section :

“4.4 - Drug Stealing
The unauthorized harvesting or removing of another citizens drug plants on their regioned property, where the growing of these Plants is legal.

First Offence : $25 Fine
Second Offence : $50 Fine
Third & further Offences : $70 Fine + 10 Minutes of Jail time“

This bill has been vetoed and has failed to become law for the following reasons:

I support the intentions of this bill, however I find it redundant. If you break someone else's drug plants without consent, you may then be charged with griefing, stealing, vandalism, trespassing, etc.​
