The people of the Commonwealth of Redmont, through their elected Representatives in the Congress and the force of law ordained to that Congress by the people through the constitution, do hereby enact the following provisions into law:
1 - Short Title and Enactment
(1) This Act may be cited as the "Drugs Reform Act"
(2) This Act shall be enacted immediately upon its signage.
2 - Purpose
(1) The Drugs Act and the Drug Trafficking and Possession Legalization Act pose conflict with each other - with one specifying its only illegal to sell drugs, whereas the other specifying its illegal to posses them. Therefore its only reasonable that the Drugs Act is repealed to avoid this continued confusion.
(2) This bill establishes the definitions of drugs that can and cannot be sold in accordance with the most recent Drug Trafficking law.
3 - Repeals
(1) Hereby repeals the Drugs Act
4 - Illicit Substances
In accordance with the Drug Trafficking law, hereby establishes the following substances as licit and illicit:
(1) Legal (Licit Substances, Can be Sold)
(a) Marijuana
(b) Any medication provided by a Doctor in a hospital to treat a disease etc.
(2) Illegal (Illicit Substances, Sale is Prohibited)

(a) Cocaine
(b) Heroin
(c) Shrooms
(d) LSD
(e) Ecstasy
(f) Methamphetamine
(g) Morphine
(h) Lysergic Acid
(i) Hydrochloric acid
(j) Ethanol
(k) Chloroform
(m) Sassafras bark
(n ) Safrole
(o) Opium seed pods
(p) Opium
(Q) Iodine
(R) Phosphorus
(S) Syringe
(T) Coca Plant
(U) Opium Poppy
(V) Ephedra
(W) Sassafras Sapling
(X) Morning Glory Plant
(Y) Methylamine chloride
(Z) Morphine
(3) Noting that this is not in relation to the possession of such drugs, but to the trafficking and sale of them, as per the Drug Trafficking and Possession Legalization Act.
