Increase Election Transparency​

The people of Democracy Craft, through their elected Representatives in the Congress and the force of law ordained to that Congress by the people through the Constitution, do hereby enact the following provisions into law:

1 - Short Title and Enactment
(1) This act may be cited as the Election Transparency Act.
(2) This act shall take effect immediately upon its signage.

2 - Provisions
(1) The current vote totals of any election conducted by the government of DemocracyCraft shall be made visible to all players who have already voted.
(2) Public discussion of vote totals shall not be permitted.
(2) During the period in which polls are open for an election, no person or political party may campaign for votes. This includes but is not limited to ads in game or on discord, canvassing undecided voters in game or in discord, or making any kind of statement expressing support for or opposition to any particular candidate.
(3) Any individual whom the government of DemocracyCraft believes has violated the above article shall be charged in a lawsuit alleged by the State and brought by the office of the Attorney General

(5) Individuals may privately discuss election results provided that all parties to the discussion have already voted.
