Amend the Enclave Establishment Act​

The people of the Commonwealth of Redmont, through their elected Representatives in the Congress and the force of law ordained to that Congress by the people through the constitution, do hereby enact the following provisions into law:

1 - Short Title and Enactment
(1) This Act may be cited as the 'Enclave Fix Act'.
(2) This Act shall be enacted immediately upon its signage.
(3) This Act has been authored by: Representative lcn.
(4) This Act has been co-sponsored by: (Looking for co-sponsors).

2 - Reasons
(1) Most city blocks consist of 4 plots.
(2) To encourage the creation of enclaves.
(3) To encourage the creation of communities.
(4) To fix a typo in the law.
(5) To fix a redundancy in the law.

3- Amendment
(1) The Enclave Establishment Act shall be amended as follows:

3 - Enclave Definition
(1) A Municipal Enclave is an area of a City which adheres to a certain architectural and cultural style. The Enclave will consist of a minimum of 6 4 plots which are all adjacent to each other, with the ability to advise on the decoration of the non-plot areas surrounding Enclave plots. The Enclave will be represented by an ‘Alderperson’, designated by the Enclaves own by-laws, who will coordinate with the City Leadership regarding the on-going status, rights, and expansion of the Enclave.
(2) A Towns Enclave is an area of a Town which adheres to a certain architectural and cultural style. The Enclave will exist in a space as determined by Town leadership, with the ability to advise on the decoration of the areas surrounding the Enclave. The Enclave will be represented by an ‘Alderperson’, designated by the Enclaves own by-laws, who will coordinate with the Town Leadership regarding the on-going status, rights, and expansion of the Enclave.
