Through the powers provided to me by the Constitution, I hereby order the dissolution of the Second Congress, at the request of the Speaker of the House of Representatives.
A General Election cycle will commence on the 20th day of August 2020.
During this time, the Second Congress will remain in Caretaker Government.
To compensate for the early elections, the duration of the Third Congress will be extended by a period of 11 days.
