Executive Order Executive Order 08/22 - Prisoner Education Second Chances

I hereby order the establishment of Prisoner Education Second Chances.

The purpose of this order is to create a process for early expungement, and to enable players who made a mistake early to redeem themselves from a bad record for future employment.

When a player is being jailed for the first time, they may complete the Law Practice Exam in the prison in order to remove their criminal record. This does not remove the punishment, and only applies to the first offence of the first jailing of a player.

If a player qualifies to have their record removed, they must take a screenshot of the passed exam and send it to the Department of Justice.

For example, if a new player commits murder and is jailed, they can complete the law practice exam in order to expunge their record early. However, if this player has already been jailed multiple times for crimes, then they must have their records expunged in the regular process.

All responsibilities, provisions, and interpretations of this executive order remain at the discretion of the Department of Justice.
