Redundant Executive Order 09/21 - Property Tax

I, hugebob23456, President of the Commonwealth of Redmont,
hereby order the following Executive Order

(1) The owner of all commercial plots shall pay a daily property tax rate in accordance with the following keys:

Red regions: $100/day
Orange regions: $50/day
Green regions: $25/day

(2) In the event that a plot falls within the bounds of multiple keys, the higher rate shall apply. Rental regions on Federal Land will not be subject to a property tax. The DCT reserves the right to evict plots on the basis that their owner fails to make property tax payments.

(3) Industrial and Residential plots may be subject to a property tax set by Federal law codified outside this Executive Order.

(4) This Executive Order shall take effect upon finalization and implementation of the Property Tax plugin.
