By the authority granted to me by the Redmont Constitution, I, Bezzergeezer, President of the Commonwealth of Redmont, hereby issue the following Executive Order:
Section 1. Establishment
(a) The National Commission on New Hamilton is hereby established. The Commission shall consist of:
(1) Three members appointed by the President.
(b) The President shall appoint a Chairman from among the members of the Commission.
Section 2. Functions
(a) The Commission shall study and develop a plan for the colonization of New Hamilton.
(b) The Commission shall submit its plan and any recommendations for proposed legislation to the President and Congress.
Section 3. Administration
(a) All relevant government agencies and authorities are directed to cooperate fully in the implementation of this Executive Order.
(b) This Executive Order shall take effect immediately.
