Executive Order - 26/24 Sovereign Wealth Fund

By the power vested in me by the Redmont Constitution, I, UnityMaster, President of the Commonwealth of Redmont, do declare the following under this Executive Order:

1. Establishment
(1) The Sovereign Wealth Fund (SWF) is hereby established.
(2) The SWF contains an Executive Fund titled: SWF that may be appropriated money.

2. Purpose
(1) The purpose of the SWF is to raise money for the federal government and stimulate industries by investing in assets such as stocks, bonds, real estate, precious resources, or in alternative investments such as private equity funds or hedge funds.

3. Governance
(1) The SWF shall be led by the SWF Board, a body composed of five board members.
(a) Board members serve at the pleasure of the President.
(2) The SWF Board may create internal rules for its governance in accordance with this Executive Order.
(3) The President is the chair and presiding officer of the board.
(a) The Chair may hire employees.

4. Ethical Guidelines
(1) The SWF must make a monthly transparency report on the contents of its portfolio. This report must be shared publicly in #government-announcements
