Executive Order No. 29/2024:​

Agricultural Stockpiles Initiative​

By the authority vested in me by the Redmont Constitution, I, UnityMaster, President of the Commonwealth of Redmont, do hereby issue the following Executive Order:






Establishment of Agricultural Stockpiles​

Caverns for Stockpile Storage​

  1. Definition of Caverns:
    1. Caverns are designated underground facilities or caves inside mountains used for storing stockpiled food.
    2. Each cavern must provide storage conditions suited to the realistic requirements of the foods stored within.
    3. Foods stored together in a cavern must have similar storage needs.
  2. Creation and Expansion of Caverns:
    1. The Agricultural Commission may construct additional caverns with Presidential approval.
    2. New caverns may store any kind of good, including types not explicitly mentioned in this Order.
  3. Food Procurement:
    1. Goods for these caverns shall be obtained through tenders managed by the Department of the Interior (DOI).
  4. Location of Caverns:
    1. All stockpile caverns shall be located in Willow.
    2. The Agricultural Commission, with Presidential approval, shall determine specific build sites for each cavern.

Initial Caverns and Stockpile Requirements​

  1. Cavern 1: Cool & Dry Produce
    1. Contents: 2,300 crates each of:
      1. Lemons
      2. Oranges
      3. Onions
      4. Tomatoes
      5. Cheese
    2. Conditions: Cool and dry storage.
    3. Minimum Reserve: 450 crates per food type.
  2. Cavern 2: Cool & Moist Produce
    1. Contents: 2,300 crates each of:
      1. Cucumbers
      2. Lettuce
      3. Peppers
      4. Corn cobs
      5. Grapes
      6. Plums
      7. Strawberries
      8. Raspberries
      9. Olives
    2. Conditions: Cool and moist storage.
    3. Minimum Reserve: 450 crates per food type.
  3. Cavern 3: Dry Produce
    1. Contents: 2,300 crates/bags each of:
      1. Rices
      2. Tea leaves
      3. Coconuts
    2. Conditions: Room temperature and dry storage.
    3. Minimum Reserve: 350 crates/bags per food type.
  4. Cavern 4: Cooked Foods
    1. Contents: 2,300 items each of:
      1. Yakitori
      2. Japanese Curry
      3. Gyudon
      4. Gyoza
      5. Schnitzel
      6. Tacos
      7. Spaghetti
      8. Pizza
      9. Kabob
    2. Conditions: Prepared Foods storage.
    3. Minimum Reserve: 350 items per food type.
  5. Cavern 5: Raw Foods
    1. Contents: 2,300 items each of:
      1. Cod Sushi
      2. Salmon Sushi
      3. Exotic Sushi
      4. Prepared Fugu
      5. Cod Barrel
      6. Pufferfish Barrel
      7. Raw Beef Barrel
      8. Raw Chicken Barrel
      9. Raw Mutton Barrel

    2. Conditions: Confectionery storage.
    3. Minimum Reserve: 250 items per food type.
  7. Cavern 7: Golden Fruits
    1. Contents: 432 items each of:

  12. Cavern 10: Specialty Drinks
    1. Contents: 432 items each of:
      1. Spicy Eggnog
      2. Golden Elixir
      3. Mudslide
      4. Cacao Elixir
      5. Vesper Martini
      6. Wolffer Estate Rose
      7. Zombie Zin Zinfandel
    2. Conditions: Beverage storage.
    3. Minimum Reserve: 144 items per food type.

Storage and Tender Details​

  1. Tender Process:
    1. Each Cavern shall have its tender(s) managed through the DOI.
  2. Storage Method:
    1. Foods shall be stored in crates or bags and may be placed directly or housed in barrels.
    2. For items that do not have a crate, bag, or barrel form, a crate/bag/barrel shall be equal to 9 of that item.





Usage of Stockpiles​

  1. Authorized Uses:
    1. Stockpiled food may be used by the government for purposes including, but not limited to:
      1. Feeding those in need.
      2. Providing wartime rations.
      3. Supplying soldiers with food.
      4. Catering for government-hosted events.
  2. Approval Requirement:
    1. All usage of stockpiles must receive Presidential approval.





Establishment of the Agricultural Commission​

  1. Creation of the Commission:
    1. The Agricultural Commission is hereby established to oversee agricultural operations in Willow.
  2. Headquarters:
    1. The Commission’s headquarters shall be located in Willow.
  3. Leadership:
    1. The Commission shall be led by five individuals, appointed by the President.
  4. Purpose:
    1. The Commission’s responsibilities include:
      1. Managing agricultural activities in Willow.
      2. Advising the Cabinet on farming regulations and practices.





This Executive Order is effective immediately and shall serve as the framework for ensuring food security and economic stimulation within the Commonwealth of Redmont.
