Executive Order No. 30/2024
Establishment of the Redmont Sporting Commission
By the authority vested in me as President under the Constitution of the Commonwealth of Redmont, I hereby establish the Redmont Sporting Commission with the following provisions:

Establishment of the Redmont Sporting Commission
By the authority vested in me as President under the Constitution of the Commonwealth of Redmont, I hereby establish the Redmont Sporting Commission with the following provisions:
Section 1. Establishment
- The Redmont Sporting Commission (hereinafter referred to as the "RSC") is hereby established.
- The RSC Fund is hereby created as an Executive Fund to support the operations and initiatives of the RSC.
Section 2. Purpose
- The RSC shall serve as the regulatory and oversight body for all sports and sporting activities within the jurisdiction of the Commonwealth of Redmont.
- The RSC is tasked with:
a. Establishing, maintaining, and managing sporting leagues and events.
b. Supporting the development and sustainability of sporting leagues through eligibility for government lending initiatives.
Section 3. Governance
- The RSC shall be governed by the RSC Board, composed of three members appointed by and serving at the pleasure of the President.
- The President of the Commonwealth shall serve as the Chair and presiding officer of the RSC Board.
- The RSC Board may establish internal rules and procedures to govern its operations, provided such rules are consistent with the provisions of this Executive Order.
Section 4. Regulatory Authority
- The RSC is vested with the authority to:
a. Develop and enforce rules and regulations for all sporting events and leagues under its jurisdiction.
b. License and certify sporting leagues, teams, and venues in accordance with national standards.
c. Adjudicate and resolve disputes arising from sports-related activities within its jurisdiction.
Section 5. Transparency and Accountability
- The RSC Board shall submit a monthly report to the President, detailing:
a. Activities undertaken by the Commission.
b. Budgetary expenditures and financial management.
c. Future plans and initiatives.
Section 6. Effective Date
This Executive Order shall take effect immediately upon issuance.Signed this 29th day of November 2024.
