Executive Order No. 33/2024:
Establishment of Department Shoutouts
By the authority vested in me as President under the Constitution of the Commonwealth of Redmont, I hereby establish the Department Shoutouts program to enhance government transparency, community engagement, and the visibility of departmental initiatives.
(2) A Department Shoutout will appear every 20 minutes.
a) Announcements of new government programs or initiatives.
b) Information about upcoming events, job openings, or public hearings.
c) Reminders about available services or policies related to the department.
(2) Departments must refrain from using Shoutouts for partisan or campaign-related purposes.
(2) Departments must submit their messages for approval to the Commerce Secretary by the 26th of each month.
This measure is designed to foster greater community awareness of government actions, strengthen public trust, and ensure that departments have an accessible avenue to engage with the citizens of Redmont.

1) Establishment of Department Shoutouts
(1) Each department within the federal government is allocated one Department Shoutout each fortnight to communicate with the public.(2) A Department Shoutout will appear every 20 minutes.
2) Guidelines for Department Shoutouts
(1) Department Shoutouts must be concise, informative, and relevant to the department’s mission or ongoing initiatives.3) Content of Shoutouts
(1) Shoutouts may include:a) Announcements of new government programs or initiatives.
b) Information about upcoming events, job openings, or public hearings.
c) Reminders about available services or policies related to the department.
(2) Departments must refrain from using Shoutouts for partisan or campaign-related purposes.
4) Allocation and Schedule
(1) The Chief of Staff will oversee the scheduling of Department Shoutouts, ensuring equal rotation among departments.(2) Departments must submit their messages for approval to the Commerce Secretary by the 26th of each month.
5) Compliance and Review
(1) The Chief of Staff reserves the right to reject or request edits to Shoutouts that do not align with these guidelines.6) Implementation
(1) Department Shoutouts will commence on the 1st of the month.This measure is designed to foster greater community awareness of government actions, strengthen public trust, and ensure that departments have an accessible avenue to engage with the citizens of Redmont.
