Executive Order No. 34/2024:
Establishment of the Private Accreditation System for Specialized Education

By the authority vested in me as President under the Constitution of the Commonwealth of Redmont, I hereby establish a private accreditation framework under the Department of Education. This system will supplement the existing Redmont University, offering advanced educational opportunities to support specialized industries, such as politics, business, finance, and law.






Section 1. Purpose​

The purpose of this Executive Order is to:

(1) Enhance the onboarding experience and preparedness of players entering complex fields.
(2) Provide supplemental education options to support and enrich the current offerings of Redmont University.
(3) Establish a Department of Education-managed accreditation system for specialized programs.






Section 2. Oversight by the Department of Education​

(1) The Department of Education (DOE) shall have full oversight of the Private Accreditation System.

(2) The DOE shall ensure that private accreditation aligns with the educational goals of the Commonwealth and maintains high standards of quality and accessibility.






Section 3. Private Accreditation Framework​

(1) Private entities may apply to create and administer accredited educational programs under the DOE's supervision.

(2) The DOE shall establish clear and rigorous criteria for recognizing and accrediting private programs, including:
a) Demonstrated expertise in the relevant field.
b) Development and implementation of effective, advanced curricula.
c) Ongoing assessment and improvement of accredited programs.

(3) The DOE will directly manage approvals, evaluations, and renewals of accreditation for all programs.






Section 4. Scope and Structure of Accredited Programs​

(1) Accredited programs are supplemental and must not replace or interfere with the examinations and curriculums of Redmont University.

(2) Accredited programs may include:
a) Specialized training and certifications for politics, business, finance, law, and related fields.
b) Advanced skill-building courses to prepare players for leadership and complex roles.
c) Supplemental onboarding modules tailored to niche industries.

(3) The DOE will integrate these accredited programs into the broader educational ecosystem, ensuring seamless access and compatibility with Redmont University offerings.






Section 5. Accreditation Standards and Compliance​

(1) Accredited programs must demonstrate:
a) High relevance to their specialized field.
b) Consistency in teaching quality and learner outcomes.
c) Transparent and measurable criteria for program effectiveness.

(2) The DOE shall conduct regular audits and reviews of accredited programs to ensure adherence to standards.

(3) Programs failing to meet the DOE's standards will be subject to corrective actions or revocation of accreditation.






Section 6. Transparency and Public Access​

(1) The DOE will maintain a public registry of all accredited programs and their certifying entities, ensuring transparency for players.

(2) Players may consult the registry to verify the accreditation status of any program.
