Executive Order Executive Order 36/22 - Huney Care

By the power vested in me by the Redmont Constitution, I, huney69, President of the Commonwealth of Redmont, do declare the following under this Executive Order:

(1) I am a nice and kind leader to my loyal subjects, therefore I will be giving you free healthcare.

(2) Austin Care is hereby discontinued and instead replaced with huney care.

(3) From now and forward, Medicare will be an opt-out program instead of an opt-in program.
(3.a) All members of the community will automatically be entitled to the state sponsored medicare program.

(4) Members can choose to opt-out of medicare via taking a simple exam found at the hospital that will ask the following question:

"Are you sure you want to remove all state sponsored medicare coverage?"

(4.a) If the respondent answers with yes, their medicare coverage will be removed and in order to gain it back they will have to take the medicare exam found at the hospital.
(4.b) If the respondent answers with no, their medicare coverage will remain.
