Executive Order No. 36/2024:
Recognition of Oakridge's Cultural ExcellenceBy virtue of the authority vested in me as President under the Constitution of the Commonwealth of Redmont, and having witnessed firsthand the extraordinary transformation of Oakridge, I hereby designate Oakridge as both the Cultural Capital of the Commonwealth and recipient of the inaugural Town of the Year distinction. Walking through its streets reveals a masterwork of urban design, where every corner presents a new vista of architectural beauty and thoughtful development.
Section 1. Purpose
(1) To commemorate Oakridge's remarkable achievement in urban development and cultural vibrancy.
(2) To recognize the town's exceptional integration of natural beauty with architectural excellence.
(3) To establish Oakridge as a model for cultural and aesthetic development within the Commonwealth.
Section 2. Cultural Designation
(1) Oakridge shall hold the distinguished titles of:
a) "Cultural Capital of Redmont"
b) "Town of the Year 2024"
(2) These designations recognize:
a) The town's achievement in creating harmonious streetscapes.
b) The seamless integration of its coastal promenade with urban design.
c) The preservation and enhancement of natural vistas throughout the town.
Section 3. Recognition of Excellence
(1) The following achievements warrant particular recognition:
a) The masterfully designed waterfront promenade combining maritime heritage with modern elegance.
b) The thoughtfully planned streets that frame both architectural and natural beauty.
c) The preservation of scenic viewpoints that showcase Redmont's coastal splendor.
d) The innovative integration of cultural spaces within the urban landscape.

(1) To mark these distinctions:
