Executive Order Executive Order - 4/23 Marketplace

By the power vested in me by the Redmont Constitution, I, Derpy_Bird, President of the Commonwealth of Redmont, do declare the following under this Executive Order:

Reasoning:

In order to make it easier for players to get items and to stimulate the economy.

Explanation and usage:

1) Asking for items.
a) Title must contain the type of item that is being asked for.
b) Original post must contain the amount that is being asked for.
c) Original post can contain the price they are willing to pay OR if not included, the person receiving the money can offer a price.
d) Players can post in response the price they are willing to get the item for.
e) All items must be transferred ASAP after agreements have been met and the player beginning the marketplace will mark as transferred.
f) The DoC can create rules which will be in a pinned post.

Example

Player A: Looking for 64 Stone	Player A: Looking for 64 Stone. Willing to pay $10.
Player B: $10	Player B: Sure thing!
Player A: I'll take it!	Player A: Thanks!

Actions that need to be taken:

2) Create a forums channel named 'Marketplace' under the Economics section.
a) The following tags will be added within the channel: Want to Buy, Selling, Sold, Transferred & Rules.
b) Anyone will be able to create a thread.
c) The DoC will be charged with deleting 'Transferred' posts.
d) After 48 hours if an item is not sold or bought the item is no longer on the market and the DoC can delete the post.
f) The DoC has full discretion over this change.
