Grant a wrongfully arrested citizen a fair reparation

The people of Democracy Craft, through their elected Representatives in the Congress and the force of law ordained to that Congress by the people through the constitution, do hereby enact the following provisions into law:

1- Short Title and Enactment
(1) This Act may be cited as the “Fair Reparation Act” or as the “FRA”
(2) This Act shall be enacted immediately upon its signage.
(3) This Act is authored by Representative Freeze28
(4) This Act has been co-sponsored by Representative ManagerHell

2- Reasons

(1) Since Jailtime is basically a temporary ban, the current reparation given to wrongfully arrested citizens, which are only 5$ per minute spent in jail, is not sufficient to repair the punishment. This is especially true because the wrongfully arrested citizen often times does not have the possibility to defend himself while in jail.
(2) This Act is also inspired by the Fact that the current rule for reparation for wrongful imprisonment is not signed into law, but only a department decision within the DOJ. Since it is important that these regulations are openly visible to the public and legally binding, it is also important to make them part of the law.

3- The Change:
(1) Citizens who have been wrongfully arrested shall be unfined 15$ per minute spent in jail, instead of the previous standard of 5$ per minute, and the incident shall be erased from their criminal record.
