Put an end to false reports​

The people of Redmont, through their elected Representatives in the Congress and the force of law ordained to that Congress by the people through the constitution, do hereby enact the following provisions into law:

1 - Short Title and Enactment

1. This Act may be cited as the “False Report Act.”
2. This Act shall be enacted immediately upon its signage.
3. This Bill was authored by Representative ElainaThomas29.
4. This Bill was cosponsored by Representative MinecraftGerman.

2 - Reasons

1. Many people file a complaint after being murdered and then later on decide to change their mind and consent to being killed.
2. Most often the consent changes due to background dealings and bribes made by the murderer not wanting to be jailed.
3. This causes confusion and lots of back and forth and leads to money being put in and taken out of the government balance.
4. False reports of murder are causing the already jailed citizen to claim reports of false arrest and requesting compensation money for the time they spent in jail. This is an abuse of the Justice system.

3 – Terms

1. Once someone runs the /complaint command, they may not choose to later on consent and have the wanted point removed from the person who killed them and no monetary compensation will be available to the person who was jailed for murder.

The people of the Commonwealth of Redmont, through their elected Representatives in the Congress and the force of law ordained to that Congress by the people through the constitution, do hereby enact the following provisions into law:

1 - Short Title and Enactment
(1) This Act may be cited as the “The Cool False Report Amendment Act"
(2) This Act shall be enacted immediately upon its signage.
(3) This Act was authored by Representative A__C and written in collaboration with Secretary of Justice ElainaThomas29.
(4) This Act is co-sponsored by Representative Freeze28, Representative SlimeGlitch, and Senator black_ven0m.

2 - Purpose
(1) A number of incidents have occured in which a person gives consent, gets murdered, and then runs /complaint, causing the other individual to receive a record and get jailed. Due to the phrasing of the False Report Act, the wanted point and jail record cannot be removed.
(2) Protect individuals in future incidents where they were jailed/fined before being proved innocent.
(3) To clarify the terms of The Cooler False Complaint Remedy Act within the affected bill.

3 - Amendment
Adds a new term under 3 - Terms in the False Report Act to help clarify The Cooler False Complaint Remedy Act:
2. If someone consents before running /complaint, the wanted point will be removed and all reparations for jail time and fines are to be made from the person who complained to the person who was jailed or fined for murder.
